They say that if you eat less, then you may also start to weight less. Weight loss and weight control is not as simple as this. The belief that simply cutting back on your food intake can make you lose weight may work on some people who only have a few pounds to shed or who have never really struggled with their weight; however, for individuals who are obese or are suffering from eating disorders, cutting back on food intake just won&#8217;t do.</p>
<p>Being overweight and struggling to lose the excess weight can become quite a problem. The sooner this fact is admitted, the sooner positive action can be done. Most of these weight control and weight loss problems are not only caused by over eating. Some of the reasons for gaining or having too much weight include metabolism, genetics, bad eating habits, insufficient exercise, and maybe even psychologically related reasons. Other factors also include the amount and type of food you eat, your lifestyle, the amount of physical activity you are engaged in, whether you treat food as a response to stress, and your age and overall health status.<span id="more-41412"></span></p>
<p>To overcome these and start on your weight loss journey, you will need to set goals for yourself. Whatever your reason for wanting to lose weight &#8211; be it for health reasons, aesthetic, or simply just to feel better &#8211; successful and effective weight loss depends on the goals you set and the expectations you have. Setting realistic and sensible goals give you a better chance of fulfilling them. Try setting a goal to lose about five to ten percent of your weight &#8211; this is a measurable and realistic goal.</p>
<p>You should also never attempt to lose weight drastically and in a short period of time. If you are overweight, it is better to lose the weight on a slow and gradual basis, say losing about two pounds in a single week. This should be done for your safety and to keep your weight loss at a healthy level.</p>
<p>Effective weight management and weight loss must be able to address all factors and reasons for your weight. Products and weight loss programs that say weight loss is possible without having to change your eating habits or lifestyle are simply fraudulent. This is the reason why products and programs that claim to offer fast and easy results should be disregarded. Attempting to lose a lot of weight in a very short period of time is not only ineffective, it is also unhealthy. Keep yourself in check and don&#8217;t fall for gimmicks that promise results in a short period of time. Be realistic and start losing weight the right way.</p>

This problem can cause a lot of conflicts in relationships because it can be considered as personal to share that someone close to you is having bad breath problems and considered as an offense.  </p>
<p>On the other hand it also depends on the individual who you are with, their level of understanding, etc.  When you are telling them that they have bad breath problems, it is just that you want them to be investigated if they have any health care issues that truly need to be addressed.<span id="more-41397"></span></p>
<p>For example, if you have a boyfriend who has a bad breath problem then you need to think as to how to tell your boyfriend about bad breath.  Your boyfriend might take it in a positive way or he can take it totally negatively.  For that matter it is really important that you have to know your boyfriend really good in order to share with him that he is having a bad breath issue.  Sooner or later, you have to ultimately share that because it is making you sick too and therefore this needs to be brought to his attention with a lot of attention as to how it should be shared.  The thing that truly matter here is that you do not want your boyfriend to have any bad feelings at all and that is why this has to be shared in an amicable way.</p>
<p>If you are having problems thinking as to how to tell your boyfriend that he has a bad breath then you can talk this out with one of your friends, but if you do not want to share that with anyone and want to manage it on your own then you need to sit down and think.  The first way that you can share this with your boyfriend could be just telling him up straight that you think that he is suffering from this problem and he needs to get some treatment for that.  The other way of saying that could be to tell him that you think that he is going through some oral infections or some problems in his mouth and that this needs some immediate attention.</p>
<p>Another idea that can work to help you communicate with your boyfriend would be to communicate with him through a text message or write him a letter and tell him that you wanted to share that he is having a bad breath problem and thought it would be appropriate to share it this way.  There are a lot of times that sharing through text is a lot more effective than sharing it directly through words. </p>
<p>If you are still thinking as to how to tell your boyfriend about bad breath, then I think you should explore more ideas as to what would be best, again knowing the fact that every individual responds differently and it has to be in a way that does not make your boyfriend feel bad in any way.</p>

The most common cause is bad teeth.  If you have dental decay at the roots of the teeth, then it is likely that you will suffer from halitosis.</p>
<p>Small holes in the teeth can also cause bad breath, as germs can multiply in the holes and give off a foul odor.</p>
<p>There are also other causes which include, infection in the tonsils, adenoids and sinuses.  Foods such as garlic, onions, high sugar products, spicy food and dairy products can cause bad breath, along with smoking and drinking alcohol.  Hunger, morning breath and poor oral hygiene also play a part.<span id="more-41302"></span></p>
<p>There are a variety of herbal mixtures to help eliminate the problem.</p>
<p>* Drinking plenty of water daily will help to control halitosis.  Dehydration will attempt to conserve moisture by reducing the salivary flow, which minimizes the saliva cleansing effects on bacteria.</p>
<p>* Clean your tongue with a special tongue scraper in order to remove bacteria.</p>
<p>* Brush your teeth at least twice daily, or after every meal is even more effective.</p>

<p>* Brushing your gums and tongue with powdered cloves is another herbal mixture that can help.</p>
<p>* If you suffer from chronic halitosis, then try to avoid foods such as:  blue cheese, salami, tuna, curry, garlic, onions, anchovies, red meat, milk, coffee and cola.</p>
<p>* A natural deodorizer is parsley, and cardamom seeds help to sweeten the breath.</p>
<p>* Another foul breath reducer is fennel tea.  The compounds that are found in the tea can decrease bacteria growth.</p>
<p>* Cranberries fight offensive-smelling bacteria.</p>
<p>* Eat a green raw guava.</p>
<p>* Cloves can be kept under the molars without chewing in order to keep your breath fresh.</p>
<p>* Eating oranges and citrus fruits, which are high in vitamin C can help control the bacteria population.</p>
<p>* Eucalyptus Oil has an active antiseptic ingredient (Eucalyptol) and can be found in many toothpastes and oral hygiene products.</p>
<p>* In order to keep the mouth moist and increase the flow of saliva, chew sugarless gum or suck on a sugarless candy.  These contain sorbitol, mannitol and xylitol (sugar alcohols), which do not support the growth of oral bacteria.</p>

This contest was the first US Women&#8217;s National Physique Championship and it was held in 1978. More body building contests followed suit.</p>
<p>Today, more and more women are getting involved in strength training, the basic training exercise required for body building. Most women, however, do not do this to enter competitions. Instead, most of them do it to simply lose fat, gain muscle, and become healthier individuals. This, however, is not a very easy thing to do &#8211; becoming lean does not only necessitate finding the perfect diet program and getting enough exercise &#8211; the most essential item to losing fat and becoming lean through weight training is your mental approach.<span id="more-41267"></span></p>
<p>Here are a few tips on how to get your mindset right so as to increase your results and get the most out of your workout:</p>
<p>- Motivate yourself. You need this to get through the tough times. It can be especially hard when it comes to sticking to your diet program.
